We are very proud to announce that TEAM WOOFS N WAGS won the team challenge for the most monies raised for the Walk for Dog Guides. We raised just over $2000.00!!! Can you believe it!!! Many clients took pledge form home and raised lots of money. Many of our clients generously donated at Woofs. That is a lot of money and we thank everyone for supporting such a great charity. The walk was so much fun. The weather held out and it was perfect for the dogs. Meeting everyone outside of Woofs was a great time. Thanks to everyone for joining in on the fun. I think everyone really enjoyed themselves. BTW Sadie you were great. I still giggle when we “made” Charlies mom enter the trick contest. I swear he could have held onto that treat on his nose forever.  Charlie never had such great fans as before his trick, during his trick and during the announcements. Woofs group all chanted “Charlie Charlie, Charlie, Charlie!” We even had the crowd chanting his name!!!

Halloween is quickly coming up. Yes we are having a costume party and some of our visitors will play “bob for hotdog”! Start shopping and start sewing all you moms and dads for the best costume contest in town!! Prize for best costume for Wagglers and Woofers. We look forward to seeing all the costumes and taking some great photos. Here are a few from last year:

We have a new addition to our renovations. This was done as a result of  the demand from our styling Wagglers. They needed more room to check in their coats and  to ensure their designer duds are not wrinkled and chewed on by our Woofers. Paws off big dogs and no more squishing amongst the collars and leashes. Make room for the new coat check at Woofs:

There is always reasons to smile and celebrate at Woofs. From the Walk to Halloween to our coat check area. We keep smiling but the biggest smiles of all happen everyday when each of our visitors come to us and shake their bum, pull their parents, demand hugs and scratches and give us the best gift inlife….SMILES!!!
