Hi all you ghost ghouls and bees!!
01/11/2008 05:41 PM
Woofs had a Halloween celebration that
was way too much fun!!! We had a full house of Woofers and Wagglers
celebrating my favorite time of year. They all came in modeling the
latest in Halloween apparel. We had bees and convicts. Not to
forget Darth Vader, our Mayonnaise jar, a princess, pirates
and police. It was incredible and I do not think we could smile
anymore.

Here is what our wall looked like:

Many of our little ones bobbed for hotdogs (carrots for our sensitive tummy ones). Some were dainty. Others just looked at us and said, “can you please get me one”. Then we had our true bobbers. They got in that bucket and vacuumed it out!!! Many styles and all were hilarious!! Appalla was hilarious as she started out blowing bubbles and then decided the carrots were more fascinating. Here are some pictures of the bobbing:

Here are some video clips:
Congratulations to our best costume winners:
Pita as a Hells Angel

Gracee as our Army Chick (bling and all)

Who decided the vote??
Why our distinguished Judge Dizzy!!
All the Aunties chose many “favorites” but Judge Dizzy had the final vote. She chose by her nose and we thank her for her selective final decision!
Thank you to everyone who came and helped make our day crazily fun. Honorable mention for originality goes to:
Lacey (our visa card)
Rufus (a jar of mayonnaise)
Squid (super Squid)
Oscar & Jazz ( Chef Aunt Jemima and Chef Boyardee)
Monster and Lola (convict and police officer)
Cody (lounger extraordinaire)
***too many to name
This was just simply a day of fun. All of our Woofers and Wagglers went home with grab bags stuffed full of goodies that many of our moms and dads brought in. Us Aunties got cookies and goodies (we are so spoiled!!). Most importantly Halloween just is another reason to have fun with our little ones and put a smile on our faces. Whether it is something silly they do, a look they give us, a hug when we need it most, a cuddle to keep us warm or letting us have a fun time with them at Halloween. They truly make us and many others around us keep smiling. We are all lucky that we have a love of dogs. We are lucky because we all have genuine warmth to care and share our lives with furry family members!!! Our love of them is truly given back 100 times by the love they give to us!
