Well I am sitting here taking pictures of naptime. I keep saying it is amazing☺ 16 Woofers all cuddling and sleeping side-by-side and bum-to-bum with their best friends. They are all sleeping hard today. Play hard and sleep hard☺

I love them☺

Today the play was crazy. I swear they all have spring fever!!! They are playing so hard and acting crazy☺

I wanted to write about new Woofers and Wagglers and their introductions to all the friends. We introduce them a few at a time and some one at a time slowly. You may think that they are all the same and you just let them all say hi and they are all instant friends.

Not True. Today I will talk about the “Cool Group””

It is one of our favorite things is to watch new introductions and learn further about how they each communicate and the individual personalities.

Some of the coolest Woofer dogs ever are those that come in to a full house and all the dogs brisk by and say a brief “hey nice to meet you” and continue what they were all doing like there was not even a new dog in the room. These are our cool dogs or “peace”. Their aura is accepting, non-threatening, cool but not passive or dominant. These are everyone’s friends and do not need to prove anything to anyone. They are confident☺ This group blows us away as it is like they have always been here. A couple dogs that come to mind are Mojo, Squid, Brick, Charlie P. and Charlie B. and Mickie and Cody W. and Roamie and Vegas. Cool and confidant. Not a lot to say but they say it all with distinction☺ I am sure I am missing many others with this aura…but I just wanted you to be familiar with different types of personalities and how other dogs interpret and give the “you are okay with me” body language. The body language does not change for the dogs around them it is just a brief hi sniff and on their way as though no one was there.

Some of cool Wagglers would have to be Benji.

I guess this is harder to explain than I thought but “dogs energy” is like us wearing a sign saying:
“Hi I am laid back, confident, fun, want to get to know you all, sex, gender, age, past times, interests…SWF….love you all…no issues or hang ups☺”

We look forward to all our new friends and every week we get to introduce new friends and continue to study, learn, love , respect and play with them. We will start to talk about different “groups” of personalities in the next few updates. Each is unique and wonderful.

Each dog is special and brings special qualities to other friends and each touch our hearts in different ways; here are some examples…remember they all have a string attached to our heart:

• Baby Charlie when he is happy looks like he is dancing in a bed of daisies
• Cody W and how he runs with his legs out to the sides
• Charlie B. who medically has been through so much and brings a ball of happiness in every step
• Gracee and how she so gently climbs up on your back with her big brown eyes
• Trixie and how delicate she is and how much she has grown
• Apalla in all her confidence and Duffy obsession
• Mickie and how he talks to us “we love you to”
• Cody R in his smile that will last a lifetime and his bench moments
• Taja and her puppy licks and high pitch barks of glee
• Naeco carrying a ball and you never know it from her big jowels

I think this is enough words. Every day is part of our memory and our journey is like that of no other. We are so fortunate to share every day with them all.
We love them all for each unique personality ☺
We love meeting each new one and including them into “our family” and creating new memories and sharing in new smiles.
